Terms of use
Last updated: August 2026.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the hello247 website. Using the site means you accept them. Service agreements for clients and partners are set out separately in the agreement we provide to you.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. The content is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute professional advice.
Invitation-based service
hello247 works with a limited number of clients and partners by invitation. Requesting an invitation does not create an obligation on either party until a service agreement is signed.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to hello247 unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Emergency calls
Our services cannot be used to call emergency services. A hello247 phone number is not a replacement for a standard telephone service and cannot reach 000. If you or a caller needs police, fire or ambulance, dial 000 from a mobile or fixed line. Our AI receptionist can be configured to treat certain calls as urgent for your business and escalate them to your people, but that is a business escalation rule and is not an emergency service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
