How it works

Set up in a day — and we do the heavy lifting.

You do not need an AI strategy, an IT department, or a dashboard to learn. You need to tell us how your business answers the phone, and read it back before it goes live.

Setup

Five steps, and four of them are ours.

1. We learn your business

Your website, hours, services, service areas, pricing if you want it quoted, your FAQs and your policies — whatever you already have written down. Then the part that makes it yours: escalation rules, what counts as urgent, and the things it must never say.

2. We tune the voice and the words

You pick the voice and hear it before you commit. We write the greeting and the responses in your tone, not a generic one, and you read them before anyone else does.

3. You choose the handover

Ring your mobile first and only answer if you don’t. After hours only. Or full-time front desk. You can change it whenever you like.

4. You approve it

Nothing goes on your live number until you have signed it off. Not the greeting, not the rules, not the voice.

5. It runs, and we keep tuning

Anything it could not answer is reported back so the gap gets closed. That is the part that turns a good first week into a good sixth month.

The platform

Five things, one setup.

Most businesses start with the phone, because that is where the money leaks first. The rest runs off the same information about your business, so adding one later is not starting again.

AI Receptionist

Answers your phone, 24 hours a day, in a natural Australian voice. Takes the message, captures the enquiry, escalates the urgent ones on your rules, and emails you a written summary the moment the call ends. It answers every call that arrives at the same time, so a busy morning does not become a queue.

Website AI Assistant

The same brain, on your website. Answers visitors’ questions from the same information the phone uses, and captures the enquiry when someone would otherwise have closed the tab. Styled to sit on your site rather than look bolted on.

AI Email Assistant

IN DEVELOPMENT

Sorts and routes what arrives in your inbox, drafts the replies you send over and over, and stops a real enquiry sitting unread for three days underneath the newsletters.

Website, SEO & AI Search

Watches your website and tells you, in plain words, what to fix so customers can find you — in Google, and increasingly in ChatGPT and other AI search as well. Those are becoming two different problems and most small businesses are not being told.

Custom AI Automation

When the standard build is not enough. Integrations with your booking or CRM system, bespoke agents, workflows built around how your business actually runs. Scoped and quoted at the time.

The usual starting point

Ring my mobile first, then the AI.

Most businesses do not want an AI answering ahead of them. So it does not. Your phone rings first, for as long as you choose, and the AI only picks up if nobody does. Nothing changes for the calls you were going to answer anyway — and the ones that used to hit voicemail now reach a proper first response.

You can move to after-hours-only or full-time front desk whenever it suits, and back again.

Day to day

Don’t learn a dashboard. Just ask.

There is a dashboard, and you can use it. But you can also just type what you want changed in plain English — the greeting, the hours, what counts as urgent, who gets the emails — and it changes. Every change is logged, so you can see what was altered and when.

Enquiries arrive by email the moment a call ends. Most owners never open the dashboard from one month to the next, and that is a feature.

Worth reading first

And the things it will not do.

It does not invent information, act outside your rules, give professional advice, or pretend to be certain. It also cannot call 000 — it is not a replacement for a standard telephone service, and that limit matters more in some trades than others.

All of it, including where your data is processed and how call recording consent works in your state, is set out on Responsible AI and Security & data residency. We would rather you read those before you sign than after.
